The second edition of the Handbook of Work and Organizational Psychology is a fundamental revision and extension of the Handbook of Work and Organizational Psychology, first published in Dutch in the early 1980s and subsequently in an English translation. Since then much important new research and many interesting applications have appeared. This edition has been completely rewritten to take account of this new work, and is not just an updating of the previous material. The four volumes are available individually or as a four volume set in a slipcase, and contain a total of 51 chapters providing a comprehensive and invaluable resource for both practitioners and students in work and organizational pschology.
