Comfortable, good looking. Very pleased with this purchase.Got these because some job sites aren't heavy duty enough for boots. Looks way better than boots with shorts too. Aluminum toe is a great bonus too.Lightweight but I do wish it had some more cushioning, especially in the toe area.Perfect for late spring / summer / early fallComfortable fit and when set up right actually slide on my feet while tied. Thanks!Very disappointed with my new pair of steel toe Dewalt work sneakers!! I’ve owned these work sneakers before and my last pair lasted a lot longer than this new pair I received about a month ago!! This new pair is also hurting my two big toes! Where the previous pair did not!! The outside of the new pair at both toes wore out on the very first day of use!! I will not buy another pair for the money Dewalt asks for them!!Very light. Feels like regular sneaker. So glad to avoid boots and so much lighter than a steel toeNothing to dislike would highly recommend.Let me first start off by saying that Am a Dewalt fanatic. I have almost all the DeWalt battery operated tools 20v Max / 20vXR/ flexvolt drills chopsaw’s, table saw, circular saw, trim gun brad gun you name it I pretty much have it. Even down to my yeti cup and my tape measures and my nail sets . So when I was on Amazon looking at the wall stuff I was so surprised to see that they had shoes. I am a carpenter by trade and install doors and storm doors in residential homes for big box stores. my where in tear on clothing and shoes is not that great but there is some construct wear done to the shoes. I’m getting up and down periodically kicking the dirt off my shoes from the customers grass.I thought the steel toe would be too much and too heavy but once I saw they had aluminum lightweight toed shoes I knew that would probably be the shoe for me especially since it was Dewalt built tough right . I only wear the shoes when I work. the shoes cost $100 and 100 dollars for shoes is a lot considering that I can buy a $40 pair of tennis shoes that will last me a year. Five months into wearing these to work the whole front of it has come apart the aluminum Toe is exposed and two days ago I went to decrate a door off of a pallet with thin small 3/4 inch thick wood holding the door upright on the pallet. I hit it with my foot and the aluminum toe cut into the ball of my big toe and injured me pretty badly I was limping all day long I would post pictures but I think it is a little to growtest to be putting on a review. let’s just say for the past two days it is been very tender. A good tool maker they are I have used Dewalt’s for over 10 years and believe in the brand very much so but shoemakers they are not and unfortunately I do not want to leave this review but I feel like if you’re going to pay $100 for shoe the. it better hold up like $100 shoe and last longer than 5 months. After 5 months the shoes look worse than a homeless man shoes. I have a pair on new balances that I have had for two years that don’t look like this. I don’t know if it’s the glue that holds the sole owner or what but I am very disappointed that they would put Dewalt brand on this pair of shoes maybe it was a defective pair I’m not sure but this has been a terrible experience. The shoe style I had been wearing for the past decade finally got discontinued so I started looking for a replacement. I came across these and decided to give them a try because of the aluminum toe. I don't NEED toe protection most of the time, but I've actually really come to like it. And it's light enough that you really don't notice it's there (unlike steel toes). It's definitely more of a boot than a shoe, but it can pass as a shoe most of the time. I really like them for working in the shop and am buying a second pair to have on hand. But I'm still searching for a replacement to my normal shoes. If the toe box was just a LITTLE bit wider, I think I could manage to make these the new normal. But they're just a smidge too tight to be wearing a full day out and about.
