Have used gloves for almost 2 seasons. As work gloves they are built very well. Used them around the farm, chain’s saw my trees down, moving logs, etc. really liked the heated feature. I had crushed my hand 40 years ago in an accident and it does get cold quickly. Found I could work in even single digit weather. The only real problem is the heating feature stopped working on both gloves. I found that the wires broke right at the micro-usb plug. I had to cut back the plug and solder the wires back together to make them work again. Otherwise I really liked the gloves.Update:3/9/2022-I really have abused these gloves. Normal mechanic gloves-brand name- will wear a hole in the finger pad in 2 to 3 days. I have just cut down about 100 trees, many close to 24” in diameter with these gloves and they show little wear. The leather and stitching are really holding up. Aside from the wire issue, these gloves are worth the money. They are truly work gloves. I will buy another pair.Love the gloves, they do a great job keeping my hands warm even in below zero weather. And I have a problem with cold weather. I have worn them even without the batteries on and my hands were plenty warm. The only down side is I am wearing them so much that I need to remember to charge the batteries frequently.Nice gloves when new I wear at work for about 4 hours a night on a freezing cold dock! I purchased a second set of batteries but the heating elements dont all work after 4 months of use. Physically look fine just not heating as they should.I will probably by cheaper next winter so cheaper to replace!Gloves work great and my hands stay warm. Wish the battery life was better - about 2 hours on hi heat. I can make the men's small work, but would be REALLY nice to have women's sizing on the gloves. We work outside in the cold too!The gloves heat well. They seem to be contructed with quality materials. The problem is I have not been able to wear them. The size was a little large and I wanted to ask if a size smaller might fit better. I tried for weeks to contact customer service to no avail. I received one phone call a week after my initial contact which I was not able to answer and have made 5 attempts to contact them again. I finally purchased another pair because I have Raynaud's syndrome and NEED these for work. I will be returning the other pair after I try the new pair. It's a shame it's costing 400 dollars to do so.This heated glove purchase helps combat the extreme cold temperatures encountered plowing snow USING an open no cab category one tractor..The gloves are made of tough materials and very well made. Battery life is approximately four hours then recharging is required. Amazon has a good product listed and service delivery is fast. I highly recommend the gloves for below zero temperatures.Just tried out my gloves in Vail, CO with temps down to 10 degrees...Hands NEVER felt cold!..Period...I must say that I thought they would get warmer than they do when on the highest setting which almost led to my giving a 4 star rating...Then I thought, I only want them to let my hands feel natural...I never exceeded the battery life when running on setting # 2-3 (they have 4 settings) for only a couple of hours...They have way more battery run-time...They are very comfortable (if in doubt of sizing, go larger), but don't expect a lot of dexterity...They are thick...Being "anal", I always begin with the end in mind, so I anticipate what I can do to sustain the life of something I have...To that end, it will benefit you to insert the batteries into their sleeve on the glove, THEN gently connect the small cable which powers the heat elements (The cables are not very flexible and should probably be an inch longer.) [rather than] first connecting the cable to the battery before inserting the battery into its sleeve which causes you to have to bend the cable more and over time will undoubtedly lead to failure of the cable...I bought these gloves based upon reviews first, then price...I have Reynaud's disease which causes my hands to be especially susceptible to cold temperature...Though these gloves are stylish, I may begin to research an all black pair for casual use and relegate these to yard work as they are very sturdily constructed and indeed advertised for more rugged use...Very pleased.I originally purchased these in November 2017. When I first received them they didn’t get very warm and so I contacted the seller. The seller replaced the gloves with a new pair including batteries. I followed all the directions and still I had a mildly warm pair of gloves even when sit on high.To my own chagrin I did not send back the second pair. I certainly should have. I still have these gloves today 4 1/2 years later. I would not recommend these gloves. They just don’t do the job that you expect them to.I liked the look and feel but one glove didn’t heat nearly as much as the other and one battery pack didn’t work at all I saw on other reviews. Ultimately I was really disappointed and sent them back. I did a lot of research prior to buying in the first place and I was obviously mislead by the manufactures claims of quality. I could see one problem but not two. That’s just poor service and product. I tried to get advice from the manufacture to make sure it wasn’t something I could easily fix but no response. Other brands, nearly any of them are better. Just scrap the idea of this brand.mais manque de chaleur aux doits chauffe tres bien la paumework fineTrès bon produit excellent je le recommande je ne peux plus m'en passerJe travaille dehors
